Prices quoted are per car and fully inclusive. We do not charge VAT at present.
Prices quoted are based on our "standard service" where any available car from our fleet is provided for the requested journey. A particular model can be reserved for a premium (details available upon request).
All prices are calculated, based on journeys originating/terminating from/to central London.
Prices quoted for Wedding hire include certain post codes only. A car of client's choice is reserved and comes with ribbons and bow (details available upon request).
Prices quoted for A.D (as directed) rate include multiple stops and waiting time. The usage of the car is restricted to central London area only with certain mileage allocation. Any mileage thereafter is charged at an additional per mile rate (details available upon request). Airport transfers are not normally included in the A.D hire and are charged in addition to the standard rate.
Prices quoted for Airport transfers from/to central London include certain post codes only (details available upon request).
For Meet & Greet service (pick-ups from the Airports), a reduced standard fee is applicable that includes parking and waiting time up to one hour after the flight has landed. After that period, additional waiting time plus parking is applicable. Our driver would meet the client inside the terminal building with their name card and help them with their luggage. If for any reason clients are unable to make contact with the driver, they must contact us on the number provided. Failure to do so would result in full charge/no refunds.
There is no extra charge for the flight being delayed as we constantly monitor the flight schedule.
Private or business accounts can be set up with a credit / debit card. An admin fee is applicable for this service (details available upon request). For Non-Account clients, cash payments can be made to the driver at the end of the journey. A credit/debit card authorization may still be required in some cases.
All hires are subject to a minimum charge of £60.
All short notice cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of £60.
No show ups and very short notice cancellations are charged at full rate.
Any discrepancies must be notified within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
Gratuities are not included in the fare.
